The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for HUD’s FY2023 CoC Competition Grant can be found below. HUD is pursuing two overarching priorities focused on increasing equity and improving customer experience across all HUD programs. Applications are expected to align with applicable strategic goals and objectives from HUD’s Strategic Plan.
