What is Housing Navigation?
Housing Navigation is the process of helping individuals and families find and move into stable, safe housing. Navigators work behind the scenes to locate available units, connect with landlords, and support caseworkers with housing-related information.
At HHA, our Housing Navigation Program focuses on:
- Finding and tracking available units
- Building relationships with landlords, property managers, and community leaders
- Supporting caseworkers with housing options
- Maintaining up-to-date housing listings
Our goal is to help remove barriers to housing by connecting the right people with the right resources.
