Challenge funds are available to members in good standing of the Okaloosa Walton Homeless Continuum of Care to provide the housing, service, and program needs in alignment with the CoC Strategic Plan.
Challenge requests MUST be completed by a designated case manager in HMIS and a housing stability plan must be in place. Follow-up case management is the responsibility of the submitting agency.
Incomplete requests will be rejected and returned to the submitting agency.
