Proof of residency and the bill (lease agreement) must be presented, paperwork filled out, and interview with a counselor takes place Monday – Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at 601 31^st St. in Niceville. Checks are made out to Chelco, Okaloosa Gas, etc for payment as no cash is given to clients for their financial needs.
