To get assistance with emergency shelter, housing, rental assistance, utility assistance, or anything else related to homelessness and housing, our Access Points are here to help. Access Points are set up throughout both counties. Please take a look at the list and make an appointment with a case manager or go during their listed walk-in hours to have your needs assessed. Working with a case manager at an Access Point is the first step to getting assistance. If you have questions about this process, please give us a call at 850-409-3070 or fill out our contact form to get a an automatic response.

Some of our partner agencies offer Rapid Rehousing Programs. These programs include housing search support, financial assistance to cover re-housing costs (down payments, utility deposits, etc.), rental assistance (not permanent), and stabilization counseling to help you develop and implement a plan that will enable you to remain stably housed for the long-term. For this program, clients do need to find housing themselves to be able to get assistance with rent or move-in costs. There is not a housing list.
