The PromiseSE (Program Management Information Systems of the Southeast) Steering Committee is seeking proposals for a HUD-compliant, web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) for our multi-CoC Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). HMIS provides the most thorough and current insight into our collaborative endeavors and effectiveness in combating homelessness. As technology advances and our communities increasingly utilize HMIS to foster connections and enhance system planning, the objective of this Request for Proposals is to procure a modern, user-friendly experience that meets current community needs and can adapt to future changes.
